30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and insoles.
- Final sale items marked at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack your items securely and drop the package off at any UPS or FedEx location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same return process above and note the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
